Shipping Policy

Feve Shipping Schedule and Delivery Policy - (IMPORTANT STUFF)

Due to the perishable nature of Feve products, we ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to minimize weekend transit time.  FedEx Ground and 2 Day Express orders placed from 12noon Pacific time Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.  FedEx Overnight orders will ship Monday through Thursday to arrive by the end of the next business day.  We do not ship any orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or for Saturday delivery.  In general, orders placed before 12:00noon Pacific time typically ship out the same day, subject to inventory availability. 

Note that we strongly recommend 2-Day or Overnight service for any orders shipping to warm or hot locations (>80F), regardless of the time of year.  Feve Chocolates LLC is not responsible for damaged or melted product upon delivery, and no refunds will be made.  

Note also that Feve Chocolates LLC is not responsible for pandemic-related delays, weather events, hurricanes, floods, fires, worker strikes, and other conditions outside of our control that can occasionally cause delivery delays. Therefore unfortunately, once your order has left our factory, we cannot guarantee its delivery time.

Also, during busy holiday periods, it can take us up to 24 hours to ship your order. Orders placed with Overnight or Second-day shipping always take priority over Ground shipments and will be processed first.

Our Shipping Packaging

To help ensure that your chocolates arrive in good condition, we use insulated boxes or pouches and add cold packs when shipping to warmer climates, at no additional charge.  However, these have a limited useful life (generally <24 hours), and are not a substitute for choosing a more expedient shipping service that minimizes transit time.

Saturday Shipping and Discounts

We do not ship for Saturday delivery, even with Overnight service, which requires one business day for delivery.  Call us at 1-415-813-6000 if you require Saturday service.

Note that shipping rates are not eligible for discounts with coupons or promotion codes.

Shipping Vendors and Order Tracking

We use predominantly FedEx to ship Feve products across the U.S., and occasionally use UPS. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment on the internet. Our shipping companies generally don’t deliver on Saturdays unless you choose this service for an extra fee. They may also require a signature from a recipient at the delivery address depending on the driver’s discretion.

Shipping Addresses Including International and PO or APO Box Orders, Hawaii and Alaska

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally or to Post Office, APO Boxes, or Hawaii or Alaska.  Please double-check shipping addresses before submitting your order. Feve Chocolates cannot be responsible for delayed or returned shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses (such as to a Post Office Box). We cannot reship packages returned due to an incorrect address because the product may not be in sellable condition due to melting, hazing, excessive temperature exposure, or other potential damage. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at 415-813-6000 so we can try to intercept the order and fix it.
